How do i get rid of my acne really fast?

How do i get rid of really bad acne?

  • I'm 18 years old and i'm a guy and i have acne for over 5 years now.I have tried several medications, home remedies, several face wash but nothing ever seems to work.I don't have the type of acne which looks red,my acne looks and feels like a bumpy surface. Not all of them are blackheads either.Only some of them are black, others are like tiny pimples which look like a bumpy surface.I also have some acne on my nose and under my lower lip,but it's different from that on my cheeks.it loos and feels like a grainy surface. Everyone says that i should wash my face a lot to prevent pimples.I have really oily skin so i try to wash my face 3 times a day.I make sure that my face wash has oil control but despite this i get a new pimple almost every week.I have tried almost every home remedy but they have never showed even the tiniest bit of improvement. Someone told me that i should use Salicylic Acid to get rid of my acne so i started using a cream containing 6% Salicylic Acid.I've been using it for the last one and a half month but i have not noticed much difference.I am thinking of buying Proactive but i'm not too sure about it.It costs a **** load of money and many people say it didn't work for them.So please tell me how the hell do i get rid of this acne!! Also my face is darker than the rest of my body so i've tried using various fairness creams and face wash to get an even skin tone but as usual nothing worked. So could you please tell me how i can reduce the skin tone of my face.

Hey there I've had similar problems with my skin especially when i went through puberty but I use proactive and I must say while it takes some time it seems to be working for me. I have the trial version which is 30 or 40 dollars and it lasts for 30 days. It comes with a skin mast that you should use 2 to 3 times a week. Thus far i have seen minor improvements in my skin (which is good), then again everyone is different. For some time i was going to a doctor who prescribed me some medication for my skin and it worked well but i forgot the name of it, sorry. Im getting a dermatologist this summer and where i live their affordable so look into that. Sometimes its best to have a professional's help because they know exactly how your skin works. Also what you eat can affect your skin as well. Drink lots of water because it cleanses your system clean. Try to include fruits and vegetables in your daily meals because they are full of nutritious vitamins and whatnot, that are great for your body. My mom gets on me everyday about drinking more water for my skin and when I do I see a improvement in my skin. If you don't like plain water (like me)you can use something like Mio to jazz it up a bit. :) Also, do something to get your blood circulating like exercising. Try to go walking, or running do whatever to get your blood pumping through your veins. This correlates directly to your skin and the condition its in. Finally, try to do things that make you happy. DONT STRESS YOURSELF OUT. When you do that extra things show up all the time because your constantly racking your brain about it, just chill and trust in the products or things you will be doing. For the skin discoloration again a dermatologist can help out with that, but if thats not an option cremes like Ambi's lightening creme helps with that. Its a drug store brand that you can get from any store. Walmart, CVS, etc. There are also lightening cremes that you can use so look into those. Lastly a toner is also a good investment. Toners are liquid formulas that you use to help cleanse dirt from your skin and lighten dark spots. It works I have used witch hazel before and that works well. (It smells odd but goes away quickly) P.S. Im 17 and I graduate in a couple weeks from high school so i have been using proactive and drinking water, and eating healthier. I have noticed an improvement in my skin and trust me you will to. Try to find what works best for you and never give up in trying.
