What are these red bumps on my thigh?

I have these tiny little bumps, on the very inner part of my thigh, right outside the vulva,what are they?

• I noticed these very tiny bumps ,smaller than razors bumps. They dont hurt or itch but I am concerned about them. I did have sex almost 4 days ago but we used a condom. Also, I've been extremely sore and red around the opening of my vagina and on the very edge of my labia right along where the hair grows. I thought it was maybe from using nair on my pubes but I used that maybe 4 days before. The bumps themselves don't hurt but I am really unsure of what they are. Any help?

  It sounds like herpes but now that you mention the Nair that is a more likely cause of irritation. Stop using the Nair and wait two or three days, if they don't go away, get it checked out. Because you used protection it decreases your chance of contracting anything by a long run, but just keep an eye out. Hope all goes well.
