I'm 16 and I want to get diet pills?
-
I'm a 16 year old female weighing in at the horrible number of 300 pounds. That makes my BMI 41. It's horrible and I'm tired of this. I put myself on a diet of 1800 calories a while back. My weight has gone up and down and I want results. I skip lunch every other day, and I usually eat an apple or a yogurt for breakfast. How can I talk to my parents about getting myself on prescription diet pills? I want my doctor to tell me that its safe for me to do so and all that. I really don't want to end my life like this, and I want to be happy again. How can I talk to my Mom about getting them?

Answer:
eat plenty fruits and veggies they help the body get rid of fat as well as help you stay healthy always cut the fat off meat i dropped 30 pounds when i stopped drinking soda soda can dehydrate the body because of all the sodium in it and that causes fluid retention walk at least 4 times a week watch your calorie intake try push ups 3 times a week always exercise off the calories you eat eat less sweets you dont need to stop eating sweets just control how much you eat in 1 day cut down on junk food you dont need to stop eating potato chips or mc donalds just dont eat them excessively take a multi vitamin and vitamin b complex b complex helps you turn food into energy drink protein shakes slim fast or special k or so because protein helps build muscle and muscle helps build fat you gain a pound of muscle for every so bit of fat you lose so dont rely on how must weight you lose rely on how many inches you lose and weigh your self once a month this is how i lost inches off my stomach and drink plenty or water it helps cleans the body and helps build muscle its impossible to lose weight when you are dehydrated the body cant shed pounds without water and hydroxy cut worked for me but only take it when you plan to exercise because it can run your blood pressure up if you take it and dont exercise these things worked for me i used to be 300 pounds if you want a quick fix p90x works

Please ask your doctor for help - or a dietitian. Don't buy online, the ads are unregulated, use false testimonials and photographs airbrushed to perfection. Remember they are after your money, they are selling. Show your mom your post, skipping meals is not the way to go. At 16 it's safer to aim at not putting on more weight. Cut right back on cookies, candy, added sugar, fried and fast food. Fill up on whole grains (bread, cereal), lean protein, dairy, fruit and vegetables. Good snacks, dried fruit, nuts, yogurt, a banana.
