How to lose love handles and belly fat.... FAST?!?

Okay.. so im 15 and im 5'6. Ive been gaining weight so right now im 145 :( I noticed I have love handles and a little belly fat and im going swimming a few weeks from now. I was wondering if there's any ways to lose the fat FAST. I run/jog but its not working!! So im asking if there's any specific exercises. I want to lose at LEAST a little fat by 3 or 4 weeks. Thanks!

A healthy, balanced diet will do the trick! Have three meals a day, combine protein with vegetables (potato, carrots, beets doesn't count as vegetables!), and have two small portion of carbs. For example: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with ham (use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites), small glass of milk (milk is carb, not protein!), 1 slice of toast Morning snack: 3-4 pieces of brasil nuts Lunch: Roasted chicken brest (not fried!) you can eat as much as you like, a big bowl of salad(lettuce, cucumber, tomato, broccoli) Afternoon snack: a banana and some grapes (or any two small pieces fruit you like) Dinner: Baked white fish with vegetables (either salad, or green beans, brokkoli, pak choy, asparagus) Again you can eat as much as you like, Combine with a handfull of cooked rice. Evening snack: Apple and a piece of light cheese (cottage cheese, or light mozarella) As you see you can eat a lot, as long as you eat eat the right food! Protein you can have as much as you like (chicken, fish, light cheese, cottage cheese, egg whites, ham, frankfurters) Nothing is deep fried!!!! Vegetables you can eat as much as you can. Carbs: two small portions at every meal (or you can skip and have it later as a snack) bread, pasta, rice, lentils, beans, milk, yoghurt, fruit, potato, carrot...) Stay away from fizzy drinks, they make you bloated and you'll feel bigger in the stomach area. Drink 3-4 liters of water a day! Your body will needed to get rid of the toxins. If you follow the diet you'll look different in a few days! Please note, this isnt a quick fix, its a new life style! Good luck

There are certain diets that will help you specially lose belly fat. Note, these diets are not for life, but simply to trim that water weight before your scheduled event. There are certain things to eat at certain times, along with how much. Eating diary products is something you'd want to stay away from. You'd also want to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and stay away from certain foods that will make you bloat. Keep up with your running, make sure to drink plenty of water and you'll be fine :) There are diet plans on line specifically for this type of problem!
