Help, my throat is swelling?

Sore throat, swelling help?

  • I have had a sore throat for a few days now (progressively worse). Now yesterday different areas of my mouth began to hurt (under my tongue on, inside of my lower cheek on one side and my upper left gums). They feel like sores of some kind and are warm when touched with my tongue. Today the pain in my mouth and throat is much worse. I also had another alarming symptom begin last night. While eating (which was painful) I noticed a swelling in my neck very close to my jawline (in the front). I figured it was a swollen lymph node I hadn't noticed earlier. Within an hour the swelling was GONE. When I went to eat later the swelling appeared and reappeared just as quickly, the only difference then was that I vomited. Please help!

  • Answer:

if you are a smoker then quit smoking for a while, open legions in the mouth that hit smoke, are more than 100% likley to become infected, speak to a doctor about it, that could be serious, drink lots of water, but not too much, just enough to fill you up, As for eation, stick to fluid or soft objects such as soup or pudding, or mash potatoes
