I have lost the Harry Potter studio tour tickets, what can i do?

However she has lost the tickets and her email account she used has recently been blocked by hotmail so she had to create a new email so cannot retrieve the email sent by HP studio tours. What can we do? How can we get the tickets again?

  How to unblock her hotmail account: This happened to me a few weeks ago. I contacted customer support and used a yahoo.com email as my alternative email address (step 9). I got no reply. On Monday I tried again, this time using an hotmail address instead (*******@hotmail.com). I received an email to this hotmail address within minutes telling me that I had submitted enough information to unblock my account! So try setting up a new hotmail address before starting these steps. You can then type in this hotmail as your alternative email address (step 9). Please follow the steps below to submit a validation request. 1. Click on this link.https://account.live.com/password/reset 2. Click on the third option: I Think Someone Else is using my Windows Live ID. 3. Select Reset your Password option. 4. Enter the Windows Live account you are trying to recover. 5. Enter the characters you see on the picture, and then tick on Next. 6. Click on Customer Support. 7. When a highlighted Customer support phrase appears, tick on it. 8. Re-enter the Windows Live account you are trying to recover. 9. Enter your alternate email address. 10. Click on Continue. 11. Validate your identity by providing as much information as you can on the Recover your Windows Live account page then click on Continue to submit. 12. A page that says Your information has been submitted will appear, (just wait for the result of the account recovery request on your alternate email address). Let me know if it works!
