How To Get Fat?

I'm not fat, overweight, or anything like that. How do I get a flat stomach?

  • I am 115 pounds and 4 foot 11. I work out almost every single day and I'm a very active person. But I have a confession. I LOVE FOOD. I have a little bit of belly fat which I don't want to go out on a diet for to get rid of. How the hell do you get a completely flat stomach and KEEP that stomach fat off. HELP. I've been on a diet before and it only helped me for a little while. I gained the stomach fat right back. I can't just be on a diet forever either. How do you get rid of that disgusting lingering tiny bit of fat preventing you from wearing your favorite bikini for summer???? Another thing. How do you MAINTAIN that???? It's so hard. I had a flat stomach for about a week, and then when I went back to eating carbs, it just came gushing back. Do I just NOT eat carbs?? That's crazy. Help =(

    I've had the same problem in the past and the way i got my flat stomach was simply through exercising, i did 20 sit ups, 10 crunches and 1 minute in the plank position every morning and every night and within 2 weeks there was a massive difference i did that routine every night and every morning for about 6 weeks and then slowly started to reduce the amount i did, i did a little less each week and now i do 5 crunches, 5 sit ups and 20 seconds in the plank position every morning and evening to maintain a flat stomach. The difference is amazing and i don;t really diet but i have a really firm, flat stomach! Good Luck, Hope that helped :) xx
