Help with a resume objective?

  • I am trying to come up with a objective for a resume. I am trying to find a job that deals with computer repair. Right now I have as my objective Seeking a job in the IT field, but that seems to bland. What is the best way to make an objective, and can you list some suggestions. Thanks

    Don't have one. Resumes no longer require an objective I feel. But try something like this: "Seeking an IT position where I can apply my troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware issues"

Resume objectives are actually not really used anymore. It would be better if you wrote a cover letter to express your qualification and your interest in the position.
