What does it mean when someone you touch in a dream has hot skin?

  • So, in this dream I had (description below, I just want to get the point across right now), I shook hands with a guy (Steven Tyler, and this occured a few years back when I was in a major Aerosmith addict), but his hand was really hot. Not so-hot-I-couldn't-touch, but hot. I concluded that, since I was also going through a Twilight phase at the time, it was in relation to the hot skin of the Werewolves' in the saga. But could this be it? When I woke up, there was nothing around me that could radiate such heat, and I still felt the heat physically on my hand, though it was wearing off. Another fact: When I was looking through the pages in his autobiography (finished just a few days ago), I saw this one picture of him and someone in the crowd reaching out to eachother to shake hands. The guy was a few rows back, but there they were, leaning until their hands grasped each other. Could it have some relevance to that? Or maybe it meant nothing, though I can't ever recall an experience like it. OK, now the description: To be frank, none of it was rational. Though I'm much more fond of their 70's and early 80's work, their 90's songs were the ones I was more familiar with at the time, and this was back when I 1st discovered them (when my brother bought home Guitar Hero: Aerosmith). And they looked like themselves from the 70's, and the concert was in my school auditorium, which was built in the 80's. So basically, guys from the 70's playing 90's songs in what could have been the 80's, though I can't be certain what decade it was supposed to take place. The place was only a quarter full, no one towards the front, just scattered throughout the middle, back, and on the balcony, and I'm the only one in front, closest to Steven, and I'm going nuts. Well, he reaches out his hand to me, but, for some reason, I couldn't actually leave my seat. I could only as far as I could without completely leaving contact. Still, he persisted, so with much leaning, we shook hands (the stage and seats are some distance apart)! When they weren't playing songs (which songs, I never really knew. Though it had to be the 90's since those were the songs I were familiar with), the whole gig and the band were having open conversations (I never remembered the topic). I was 11 (I'm 14 now) and it was the greatest dream ever! Also, though they were certainly there, the only band member that was actually focused on in the dream was Steven.

  • Answer:

Dreams are like thoughts, but with less meaning. If you can enjoy them, that's great. If they make you unhappy, then I guess it's not so good.
