Do I need a neat Irish Gaelic name for an RPG?

Need name of an old PC RPG game, been looking for ages?

• I know I can't provide much information but here goes. It was probably anytime around 1990 - 2000, it was an RPG game where the player plays a human race versus an alien race You can move a certain amount of spaces forward (or any other direction) per turn. You can get weapons and items and stuff to boost your stats. Theres also aliens each level and they move too (take turns moving each of your guys, then they move), point is to kill them. It has animation at the end of each turn - like a sewer opening, or stuff Also for some reason I feel like the name cubix is involved somehow. I know its not a lot to go on but any help is appreciated
