How can I get Netflix to work on my PS3?

I just signed up for Netflix. (Works for comp and android device) I downloaded the PS3 Netflix and upgraded to 2.0.7. When I sign in it says 'this ps3 device has been deactivated'. wtf?! Then i click "reactivate" and then enter my sign in email and password. Then it says "unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again or visit netflix.com/tvhelp" Not sure what the deal is but I want to be able to watch movies from the PS3 Netflix. (And yes, my PS3 is connected online verified. The problem is within Netflix. Btw, netflix has a crappy help section on their website) How can I fix this? Thanks in advance
