How to make my facebook profile picture private!? ?

So I want my profile picture to be private. What I want is that only I can comment on it. The point is that I dont want anyone to like it or even comment on it, not even my friends, but I want them to be able to see it. I dont know if Im explaining myself, and I dont even know if this is possible but please help meee Im tired of people commenting on my profile pictures please help.
Answer:

set its visibility to ONLY ME. If you set your other pictures folder visibility to ONLY ME, it wont be visible to others. but profile picture folder is different. as a profile has to show a picture the photo will be visible but others cant comment on it by clicking on it also. to do this just go to your "photos" click the GLOBE symbol in profile picture folder and select the ONLY ME from the drop down box..
