Severe head pains, how to get over it?

So, I was in the hospital Sunday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon. I had blood tests, a spinal tap and cat scan. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me other than a bad virus. Yesterday, the whole way home I kept throwing up and collapsed on the bathroom floor as soon as I got home! I'm currently on anti-nausea meds and I have sea bands. However, I'm still bound to the couch, and raising my head more than 6 inches sends me reeling in pain - just going to the bathroom causes me to throw up! Today, I've managed to keep fluids down and I'm eating enough. I thought getting fluids in my system would replenish my spinal fluids and stop my head from hurting [that's what I was told, at least] but it hasn't! I don't even have enough strength to SHOWER! I feel disgusting! I have got to get off this couch, but I have too much intense pain in my head, I can't. Please, please help me!

You have tight neck muscles causing your pains. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head for its movements. The muscles also connect with most other muscles in your head to help cause pains in most areas of your head. When your neck muscles are tight they will press into your throat with enough pressure to trap your tongue muscle there making it hard and painful to swallow. When the pressure is also in the area of your gag reflex it's going to make you feel like as well as throw up. Even with the tests and scans they have they still don't have one that tells them it's a tight muscle causing the problems. To get rid of the head pains and most of your other problems you have to free up your neck muscles to release the tight ones there and here's how to free them up: Neck: Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle, behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck extended (lowered) for another 30 seconds For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
