chicken is meat but nothing bad will happen if you dont eat other meats. youll just need to have proper supplements to replace proteins you dont get and iron

Well chicken is meat! It comes from an animal! But when you dont' eat any meat your body detoxes, it flushes out all the toxins from the meat, such as hormones, steroids, antibiotics, in edition to the cancer and obesity causing compounds that naturally ocur in meat! Then your body will burn calories more efficiently and you will have more energy as well as losing weight! There will be little differences too, your skin will clear up, no more zits! Your hair will be shinier! Also your digestive system will perform better without rotting carcass to clog your intestines! Finally because your no longer eating meat your poo won't smell very much! Hope this helps! But you really shouldn't eat chicken, they are kept in horrible conditions, brutally tortured, debeaked and then scalded alive to get the feathers off!

If you're eating a dead chicken, you're eating meat. SO, whatever your body does on that diet. is what it does. Stop eating the dead chicken, and you might have better bowel movements, feel lighter, less constipated, feel less acidic in your stomach, have less heartburn, feel lighter and cleaner inside, you may lose weight ( if you don't start adding cheese fried pizza) and a lot of other things. Nothing special. I haven't grown a tail or anything. The main physical changes I have noticed after changing my diet is my hair and nails becoming a little stronger, and I am less likely to get constipated because I get more fiber in my food now.

Well, your body becomes "cleaner", for lack of a better word. Its not because you are not eating meat though. Its because you are consuming tons of antioxidants, fiber, micro-nutrients, etc.
