Which medical career is right?

Which career would be right for me? I will choose a best answer! Opinions, s'il vous plaît?!?

• Let me start off by saying I am left brain and right brain functional. I LOVE any and all mathematics, and although I don't adore science, I excel in it. Simultaneously, I am quite capable in the arts (singing, piano playing, drawing, painting, writing, etc.) Moreover, I love all social studies and literature. I used to fantasize about becoming a pediatrician and eventually opening a private practice of my own. I love kids, and I know this would be a financially smart career choice and likely the best money I'd be able to make. However, here lately I am having some doubts. I've always toyed with the idea of being a musician. Music, writing, drawing, and painting are my true passions. In addition, I am very passionate about becoming fluent in French and am fascinated by current cultures as well as the study of ancient civilizations and cultures. I am 100% interested in studying abroad.  My only reason for holding off on artistic endeavors is that, well...I want to make a above average to well above average living. It seems the arts are not a secure career choice. And my reason for holding off on a medical career is the SCHOOL. It's so many years and a lot of debt to pay off. And there's a part of me that feels like I'll be wasting my creative abilities and that I might end up unhappy... I don't know! I'm a mess of confusion. I apologize if I rambled or seemed braggy.  It's just that I'd like a general idea of what I want so I can pursue colleges/universities in that direction. I am a junior in high school, and while I'm told I'll change my mind a bit throughout college, these have been dilemmas on my mind since I was a child. I've always had the hang up of choosing creativity or logic.  SOO, ANYWAY, any suggestions on majors and/or career options!? I appreciate all opinions. Thanks!
