Can I put extra work on a blank acting resume?

Acting Resume, I don't know the director?

  • I'm updating my acting resume. It's not for LA, so I can put extra work. I was an extra in a Geico commercial, but I do not know who the director was, so is it better to leave a blank space on the right hand side or say unknown? Thanks!!! 10 pts to best answer!

Try contacting them and finding out who the director was. It shouldn't be too hard. I mean you could leave it blank, but that might look iffy.

This is tricky. If you leave a blank space it looked like you forgot the information and you can't follow simple instructions on your resume. It would be best to call and find out the directors name. Whatevery you do, keep the pattern. If you can't find the director, then leave all directors off, If you spell months for one employer, you spell months for them all. So don't type March for one employer and then 4-21-2012 for the next, keep them all the same, either spell dates or use numbers for them all. They like to see patterns.
