Covalent, Ionic, and Metallic bonding?
-
I have a Chemistry project due tomorrow!! I have to draw a comic strip with three frames, and inside each frame has to describe each bond. I was thinking for Ionic bond I'd draw a Japanese Anime bf and gf, and one of them leaves the other for another person (atom) .. My teacher likes to describe elements, etc. as high school drama. Would that be right as an example? If so what should I do for the other two?

Answer:
Well, there is the old joke about a Hydrogen atom than walks into a bar ans says I lost an electron, and another atom says "are you positive"? Maybe a cartoon of that for ionic bonding. For metallic bonding you might draw atoms "swimming" in an ocean of electrons. Can't think of anything for covalent right now.
