Why can't I download or open attachments?

Why cant I download attachments?

  • I click on download attachment, the pink box comes up (virus scan), i press continue, i then press open (all like normal) but then the big window that normally appears doesnt ?? It started a few weeks ago and cant keep on like this....please advise

    The attachments won't download to your computer if you only open them. You must select save file for it to download onto computer. There are a few things you can do which might help : Allow your email to fully load up before you click on anything. Wait for the loading icon in the browser to stop and then try. If that doesn't help then reload your email or sign out then sign back in. Make sure your browser is updated to the latest updates and has the latest version of Adobe Flash player plug-in. You can also clear the browsing history by pressing control,shift & delete together. This works for both Internet Explorer & Firefox.Can also work for Chrome as well. Try another web browser to what your using this might help. Hope that helps you,Tidus
