How can I retrieve my contacts that I had with a previous yahoo account?

My account was hacked and now is all gone can not log in my old account, how to restore lost mail and contacts?

On 27.of April someone hacked my mail from Nigeria. Hacker have than sent to all my contacts mail with request for financial help, He said that I was in hotel in Spain and lost my money so I need to pay hotel cost. After that he deleted all contacts from my mailing list and all sent mail vas also deleted. After I contacted Yahoo Security center, mail was restored I have changed password, and everything was OK until yesterday, when my account was blocked, and it looks like deleted completely. I have informed Yahoo help centre, but until now no reply. So, can anyone give me advice how to restore my account and retrieve lost mail and contacts?
Answer:

it may be a good idea to save youre contacts to a disk , preferably a cd , just as backup . other than that , wait for yahoo to get in touch with you .
