Why did she have me add her on Facebook? ?

• I was at a party monday night. We made out and touched each other and I was alil drunk but she told me about a skin disease she has. And I asked for her number then She told me she could only receive calls on her phone and not make them. But then she said add me on facebook. She accepted the request and commented on my status and liked my status. But a very days back I message and she never replied I gave her my number just Incase. I got no call Then after we made out and left me 3 hickeys on my neck Is she just too shy to message me? Or was that her way of letting me down easy? Why would she leave me hickeys Is it because she's worried I won't remember about the skin disease and that's why she doesn't reply? Is it because she doesn't do things through Facebook or on the phone? I asked her of we would ever hang out again and she said yes What are your thoughts? Please I really like her
