How to bring back iphone contacts from a pdf file?

• Once i exported my iphone contact list into a PDF file, now all my contacts are lost , all is left is this pdf file , how do i bring them back in my phone , or outlook or window address book? ( these are more then 700 contacts , almost impossible to copy n paste one by one ) Please help ..

  So you're saying: your contacts are lost from iCloud, your iPhone, AND your PC? They don't exist in any of them? If that's really the case, what you should do is connect your iPhone to iTunes, and restore your iPhone from an earlier backup, which if you sync regularly, will contain your old contacts information. If you don't regularly sync, don't have the contacts stored in iCloud, or on your PC, honestly, I'd say you may be looking at a re-type. Unfortunately, none of the major contacts programs for PCs supports PDF as a contacts import file. I don't know how or why you managed to export to PDF. But maybe you could try contacting whoever makes the software that does that? Maybe they have a tool for re-import. Regardless, once you get this problem sorted, you need to make sure in the future to use iCloud's syncing feature. It'l save you a lot of potential future headaches.
