Can K9 web protection track my web history if I browse through a virtual Linux machine in Parallels?
-
Please only answer this if you know what the **** you're talking about. Also, in case you were wondering, I'm not trying to get around this just so I can watch porn. Its so that I can actually browse the web and look for some answers to little personal questions that I would rather not have my parents knowing about. Yup. One little detail: I did notice that while browsing in the virtual machine, I wasn't able to load certain sites that I knew were blocked in my normal, non virtual machine browser. It didn't, however, show the normal "THIS SITE IS BLOCKED" page. Rather, it just said that it couldn't load the page.

I extremely advise using a VPN service to unblock web sites and browse anonymously. You can check http://www.vpnmaster.com
