How to win back ex-boyfriend?

A week and a half ago, my boyfriend of two and a half years broke up with me. His reasonings for it were a bid muddled but from what I understood and took from it, it seems as though he freaked himself out because of the bickering that we do from time to time. I understand now how to fix this problem (if he would have told me at first instead of simply breaking up with me) and hopefully soon will be ready to fix this. However, he is scared of trying it again for fear that we will go down the same path. I know we won't because we have such a wonderful, deep connection and we both just need to work on a few things. Anyway, I've been looking everywhere (LITERALLY) how to win him back. I know the mistakes I made and the mistakes he made and I want this relationship back. We talked occasionally since the break up but then I decided no contact for a while would be best. I know the no contact thing is supposed to work for a few weeks but I'm not quite sure what to do after that. I know this relationship can work if I can convince him to not be so terrified of trying again. I know this is lame to post this on Yahoo Answers but I literally have nowhere else to go. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
