Help! i have a built in webcam on my HP laptop but IDK how to use it?

i want to take pictures using my webcam so theyd ont go online they just go into my pictures but idk how to access my webcam without going on facebook or skype or other sites like that i dont wanna use a website just want to use my built in webcam

If you have a search bar in your start menu, just search "webcam". I too have a HP laptop, with built in webcam.
