Why won't word racer load?

What is going on with microsoft word at work, when load up word, it crashes every time i load it up?

• i click on the blank white space and nothing happen's, there is no cursor, you can't type, if you import a text file from somewhere else and print it, it print's a blank page. you can import and export files to and from it, they think i've changed the setting's but i haven't, because it work's fine with anybody else apparently, but when i go on it, it crashes. i've tried working on different pc's as well, still does the same thing. the other thing is, if you go on a pc that work's, when you type there's an underscore line under where you're typing, that shouldn't be there and sometimes there's like a symbol that look's like a p. i've used word for 20 years and these thing's shouldn't be happening or appearing, they have word 03 and word 07 installed. i use both at home and don't have these problems

  Have your IT person there take a look at why this is happening. Either your profile is corrupt or there's a setting somewhere messed up. But your IT person at work should be able to fix it.
