Where is the animation button in Photoshop?

Need homework help for photoshop animation with text fast pls! Sorry desperate due in 3 hrs! thnx!?

please anyone walk me through frame by frame a web page splash animation in photo shop cs5. It has to be my name with texture and colors. This type will be an animated gif. Save HTML and images with all animation work being done in photoshop. Appreciate it-my grandmothers dieing and I missed this lecture! I am desperate. This is my final class today! Thanks again!
