How many GB's do I need for a Data plan with verizon and if i get an iphone?

I have sprint but I want to tell them to F**k off and go to verison wireless or at&t. I'm getting the iphone and nothing else but what plan should i get? I'm a high schooler and i work on minimum wage. I dont my own computer so i use my phone. But my phone and service is such s**t that i cant go online a lot. I'm getting unlimited text and about 450 minutes. what is the best data plan?

If you your going to use it for things like check Facebook, email, or web browsing I'd go with 2GB, because for everything else you can use wifi.
