How do you upload photos from your iPod Touch onto your PC?

  • I have a 4th generation iPod Touch, and I have so many pictures! I would like to know a way to upload the photos from my iPod onto my PC. Can I use iTunes, or do I have to use something else?

Just plug the ipod to the computer and a thing should pop up saying the ipods pluged in (will only use the camera) and there should be an import option or use dropbox
