How often can I use a semi-permanent hair dye?

Could I use Light Golden Brown hair dye on hair that's dyed dark brown?

I dont like having a dark hair color so I'm trying to get it back to brown. The box shows the color that will come out if you have dark brown hair so it will work right? I dyed my hair dark brown about a month ago. Should I wait longer to dye my hair again? If so, how long should I wait until I dye my hair?

  i would wait a bit longer and give your hair time to repair from the last hair dye and use a good quality shampoo and conditioner preferably a blonde enhancing shampoo and conditioner as this will help lighten your hair and create golden tones. you may find that this fades the dark brown you have in now, to a lighter more golden brown and you wont need to then dye it a lighter colour.
