How can i get pregnant with twins?

Me and my husband are trying to have a other baby we already have 3 , but we want twins I have twins in the family, my mom is a twin , my cousins are twins, and my cousin babys are twins. So it runs in the family..so far I haven't got pregnant with twins I 2 daughters and a son... Is there any way I can eat something or ways I can get pregnant with twins?
