How far in naruto shippuden should i be to watch naruto shippuden movie 5?

  • i want to watch movie five but i dont know how far i should be in the anime so that when i watch the movie i wont see any new things that would spoil the show i am in the part where the second nine tails takes full control of that kid

    Get up to date with the anime first, and for the love of god don't watch fillers. The anime gets a lot more epic. Episodes (Non-filler) > Movies by far. Also watch the Japanese episodes (with subtitles) if you don't already. It may seem annoying at start but you get used to it and end up feeling like you are not even reading the subtitles. The Japanese version is about 120 episodes ahead, and I am pretty sure that the 5th movie takes place after an episode that the English version hasn't reached yet. EDIT: You should probably put this in the Comics and Animation section in Entertainment and Music. That section is more anime/manga based then this one.
