When I dream, does it counted as a deep sleep?

Lucid Dream/Sleep Walk/Talk.?

  • I sleep walk almost every single night, and if I'm not walking I'm talking. A few weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the shower, trying to remember an unfamiliar dance. haha it was kind of wild. And there are a million other stories I just don't want to name that are to embarrassing. Every night my dreams are becoming more real and real. and getting crazy lucid. I'm even Lucid Sleep walking. I actually don't want to do this. most people want to learn how but, when you get trapped in a dream that you are being killed its not so good. But at The beach? Great. :) Anyways I have a lot of Deja-vu , and I'm a really optimistic person. Should I somehow stop these dreams. and what are your opinions who I sleep walk/talk and lucid dream. ? Thanks for your time.

  • Answer:

I have always had a fear of sleep walking ever since i saw a fact or fiction show about a guy who ended up sleep walking off and was never seen again lol. But to start with, you were probly not lucid if you were walking and not controling it. And if you are lucid dreaming and getting killed you just need to learn how to beat the situation. Lucid Dreams are a million times more helpful that hurtful, you just need to learn how to control them. So say you find yourself in a lucid dream where a crazy guy is about to/is stabbing you. Simply think about the mechanics of how your mind is making such a thing up and you will not be as scared, then become more investigative of the scary side of your mind. This will overcome the fear you have. Your dreams can cause so much fear bc. the fear that they cause induces them to give more fear. Like if someone popped out at you and a scary mask and you felt fear. Your brain would then take this fear of the mask as instructions to cause more fear. If you instead say wow mind is able to make MYSELF scared and look more on the irony of it than the scariness of it, your mind will not be recieving instructions for it to make more scary objects since you are no longer thinking about fear. And there are other things too such as scene creation by spinning. You simply find yourself in a scary situation and then think about something good you want to happen or a cool scenery and then spin your body so that if you were doing it in the real world your vision would be blurred since things are passing by so fast. This causes the current scenery to just blur away and you will find yourself in the place that your mind was thinking of. Please dont just say that bc. you cant escape the lucid dreams that you dont want them. LD's are something that millions of people seek and only a select few can have them naturally, which makes you hella lucky. So own the problem, dont try to get rid of it.
