Musky Fishing Early spring on dark stained water in wisconsin?

I will be Musky Fishing in northern wisconsin in early june, I was wondering if anyone has any info that could help me fish for these big fish in dark water in the early spring? what color to use? or what bait to use? Even what structures to look for? Anything will help thank you!

June isnt early spring I can tell you that. Since the water will supposeply be murky as state try a noisy topwater bait. If its Not noisy try a jointed crankbait. Fish around heavy structure like big rocks and trees
