What are some art sites?

What are some decent art sites?

• I need to fine a decent art site besides deviantArt, Tegaki and FurAfinity. I am sick of crappy designs and beginner pieces, so I'd like a more sophisticated place to submit my art. It doesn't have to be 100% great but I would like it not to be riddled with fanart, crappy designs and half-assed art. Know any good ones? (:

  If you want to set yourself apart from the "Amateurs" on deaviantArt and the like, set up your own website. It's fairly cheap to buy a domain and if you use hosting like godaddy.com, they have templates to use to setup the site how you want. Good designs and sophistication is a matter of opinion so I don't know that there is one specific site that has more or less of what you're looking for. But if you feel you are better than the sites you mentioned, start your own and try to promote it through facebook and what not. I'd be interested to see some of the art you do that is a lot better than anything on DeviantArt. I know not all of it is good, but there are also so extremely talented people on there as well.
