DIGITAL CONVERTER BOX HELP!!?

I need something that will take my Coaxial cable for my TV and let me plug in an HDMI cable in the box and into my monitor. Please help me find something affordable. Nothing to big I just want to plug it in to the box and have it convert to the HDMI and plug that in. If you can tell me the name of what I'm looking for and where to find it with a link that would be so helpful!!! Thanks!Also on my monitor i have A/V and Pb/Cb and Pr/Cr not sure what it means but hopefully it helps!

That sounds intriguing. Not sure if you can do that to a TV or monitor that doesn't support HDMI if you do find one it may be worthless/pointless.
