Is it possible to block a specific email address in hotmail?

I have a nuisance emailer from my past who just wont listen when i say that i don't want to hear from them. Is it possible to block them from messaging me in hotmail rather than spam them?

Answer:
Click your name in the upper right corner, then click Options On the left click Mail In the 2nd column, under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked Senders Click on Blocked Senders, and add their email address. Be sure to add all addresses they use.
