Something like ms paint or Photoshop/illustrator for ipod? ?

I have an iPod touch 1 gen, anything with tools (like selection tool, fill tool) like ms paint has? Basically something more than just pick a color and swipe your finger. Copy and paste photos onto it would be nice.
