How to copy text from RichTextBox?

Clipboard cannot copy HTML text only copies plain text?

• Whenever I copy text from a web browser and go to paste it in either Microsoft Word 2000 or OpenOffice Document's I get the HTML as plain text and not as formatted HTML. I looks all my hyperlinks, my copied images, everything except for plain text. Do you know why I cannot copy HTML to the clipboard, or if thats not the problem, why OpenOffice and Word 2000 displays HTML as plain text. The OS is Windows XP (Service Pack 3). I have copied html from both IE8 and Firefox and when I paste it into either Word or OpenOffice its still all plain text.

  Not your ClipBoard. Word/OO are NOT web editor. You copy/paste the content and Word/OO will show all content as text. Doesn't matter if you even set it with an extension of .html. Use a proper web editor or just NotePad and be sure you save as only a .html file. FrontPage requires server extensions be installed to work correctly. Word, WordPad, Publisher, PowerPoint and even the infamous FrontPage, including many Microsoft web editors should NEVER be used for web pages. They guarantee that your web pages will NOT be cross-browser compatible because of all the Microsoft Schema code it adds. Only IE and Maxthon understand this code. Also, OpenOffice is not a web editor.
