whenever I open a link on Internet Explorer, a new window comes up, how do I cancel it, please?

Answer:
On IE, put google.com into compatibility mode, then click the cog at the far right of the black bar. Click "search settings". Now scroll down and uncheck "open each result in a new browser window" Hope this helps!
