Why do people go out?

Why do people that i like never talk to me but people that i cant go out with are the only ones that ever do?

• Yeah, I'm 19 years old and its the end of my first year of college. I have classes, but its always quiet and i feel as if im bugging people when i try to talk.. Yeah, its funny any time a girl ever talks to me, it happens to be someone that i can't go out with.. Like some girl thats like married will sit by me and say "Hi my name is (so and so)" I mean thats nice and we can be really cool, But i know i cant go out with her because she's married.. Im like dang if she just wasnt married. Then i feel like when i try to talk to people that ARENT like that, its like im getting on their nerves or they already know like all kind of guys that they have to choose from or something.. Is this just dumb luck or does anyone else feel like this? And also its hard because i morally wont let myself go to the club, a bar, or on any type of dating site. Like i feel like there's too many question marks on that, especially since i was a baby i always thought i would actually meet someone in person you know what i mean? LIke and i cant go to church (though that is not why i go, just saying) because they're all in hs and thats just weird. Now im gonna be bored all summer cause i was too shy and whoever i did actually add on facebook will most likely get annoyed by me and ill embarrass myself. I mean i have guy friends but i just cant really be cool with a girl.. anyways anything you think i should do? I wanna meet somebody but not in a weird way (like bar / club). See, like I totally love the way that people want to meet people at the bar.. But i hate that they're perverted and it's just wrong.. And yeah i dont have any kind of social problem lol im just quiet. Well anyways thanks God bless.
