    uM.. NO real estate agent will bother answering your e-mail and the only places you will find listed for rent on the 'go to puerto rico" sites will only show you the most expensive places. The ONLY WAY you can find an AFFORDABLE apartment in Pueto Rico is, YOU MUST GO THERE IN PERSON.. once you get there you can go to a real estate agent who will be happy to help you as long as you plan to spend at least a MONTH and it will help if you know more than the usual 20 words of Spanish most American sknow from watching old John Wayne movies. A nice apartment in a SAFE building will cost you $500 to $600 a month plus Gastos You do know that jobs are almost non existant in Puerto Rico, right? Half the native Puerto Ricans dont' live on the island now because there are no jobs for the natives.. and even less jobs for people moving there who don't speak Spanish
