How to get a job in a fashion shop in Japan?

• I was just wondering how can someone get a job in that kind of shop (where they sell clothing, bags, shoes, accessory, etc)?? For example in shops in Shibuya 109, Tokyo? Like.. Do they hold interviews when they need more staff? Or you can get scouted (wtf LOL) for it? :D Or you can just go in and ask if they offer a job there? Also do you have to have been studying sth with fashion or it doesn't matter what u have studied? And are there arubaitos aswell in these kinds of shops or only full-time jobs? PS: I know that to get a job there u have to have a sence for fashion and u have to be fashionable(?) urself. So u can drop that. xD What other qualities does a girl have to have? Thanks.

First, if you are not Japanese, you have to have visa. OK? Putting visa aside, you must have hospitality, nice smile, and yes, good sense of fashion. Addition: A large mall like 109 has "bulletin board" inside the building with job information. You can just go there and look for the board. There are dozens of shops in 109. There are so many. If you have any specific shop you want to work, you can go to the shop and ask people there if they are recruiting now or any future plan. There is nothing wrong with asking.
