How can i get a pyrotechnic license?

Writting over my license to make myself 18 years old how much trouble can i get in?

  • So I'm 17 my two best friends are 18 we were going to go somewhere over the weekend unfortuently because I'm 17 I can't go to any clubs with them... so I was just wondering since my birthday is in june and won't be 18 untill then I have 2 license one was a learners permit the other is my actual license, I was looking and I feel like if I bought the right pen color I could easily switch a few numbers around and make it so I'm 18... does the person who checks id pay really close attention to that I know obviously they llook at the dates but do u think I could get away with it? If I did get caught what would most likely happen? Also I had another idea I have a military license and on the back it had the month of my birthdate abreviated so instead of saying june it say jun and I was thinking if I could make it look reallly good I would write jan instead, would this work?? I'm one of thoes types of kids who would never do anything like this but I want to be a little adventourous;)

    You can get up to a year of jail time. Please wait until you turn 18 or you might be in jail when you turn 18 and not be able to go to the clubs even then. Best of Luck. You are better off flashing your ID that says you are 17 and hope they do not check it. Edit in response to additional details: Taking your friend's ID will not only land yourself in jail for up to a year if reported, it will also land your friend in jail as well.

its fraud no matter how you twist it, and add identity theft to the second option as well either way you will be facing jail time.

I'm pretty sure that taking your friends ID would be pretending to be them and that would be Fraud which is STRONGLY not recommended you would be looking at jailtime.

You can get into a LOT of trouble for this. It depends on your state, but getting a few months in jail would not be uncommon, not to mention that you will have a permanent criminal record. Bouncers at clubs are trained to detect these things, so the odds that you would get caught are extremely high.

Yeah...I'm sure no one has EVER thought of these brilliant ideas before. Yes, they check ID's very closely, that is their job.
