How to make a Tumblr layout/theme in Adobe photoshop CS5?

How do I do this in Adobe Photoshop CS5?

  • I just downloaded CS5 and I can't figure out how you turn the canvas. I don't mean rotate the picture, but how to rotate the actual canvas so its on a slant (like how it is at about 4:25 or so in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8U55YDRqng ) also, like the video, how do I make it so the cursor is highlighted yellow? I've looked at the options but still can't figure it out. Help?

    Two Ways: 1) The Fast Way: Select the tool "rotate view tool" (just above the zoom tool) or press "r". but to do this, your hardware must be able to support OpenGL. So, go to Edit->Preferences->Performance, and check the "Enable OpenGL drawing" box. If it's grayed out, then you can't do it it this way 2) The other way: Go to Image->Image Rotation and choose any of the options there. Arbitary is for a custom number

the "rotate view tool" is located under the hand tool in the tools panel located on the left side of the screen. It'll bring up a star and you can spin which ever way you want.
