How to get rid of the spots on my cheeks?

I have white tiny spots under my butt cheeks. How can I get rid of them?

• I sit almost all day and I am not sure it if is it that's causing it. They are very small white chicken-skin like bumps..very small..non-itchy.. What can I do to get rid of it? I am sure they are not keratosis pilaris as I have checked the photos online. I am an Asian. Does it have to do with it? My sister doesn't have it so I am really wondering.. Please help. No rude, unhelpful answers please.

  It is probably pimples. (No joke I promise.) I get small white bumps over my thighs, butt, and even legs. The pores are so small (at least mine are) that pimples dont come to a head and just make hard crystalized bacteria balls in the poor and dont work themselves out unless I pop them. And I do on occasion because they can get painful in the wrong spot. I'll tell you this, never look it up online if you think you have a skin problem because you will freak yourself out and unduly worry yourself. I did the same thing when I got dandruff really bad (turns out some jerk was pouring bleach in our well water) and I thought I had parasis (however you spell it) or adult cradle cap, ect ect X) You will drive yourself nuts guessing so if it hurts, or starts to bother you then go to a doctor, since it doesnt I wouldnt worry.
