Why won't my Blackberry wi-fi work?

My BlackBerry 9700's Wifi doesn't work :@ please help!?

• Ok, basically I only just got this mobile today and it's already let me down.. :@ It won't let me connect to the Wifi! Whenever I tick the 'Wifi' box thingy, it always unticks itself after about 20seconds, Everytime I tick it, it unticks itself, which is really annoying:|. I tried clicking the Bluetooth button (just to see if it works) and it ticks itself and on the left of it, it says 'On' in green writing but whenever I click the Wifi it just doesn't work. :| & Also when I click on 'Set up Wi-Fi Network' a box comes up saying " Turn on Wifi to perform a scan?" and then there are two options one saying "Turn on Wifi" and the other says "cancel" whenever I click, the 'Turn on Wifi' option : It says. " Connected to: None Select a Wifi Network to connect (in grey writing). Show open networks only (it allows me to tick that, but nothing happens when I tick it..) and then at the bottom of that. it says. "The Wifi radio is off" and after a few seconds it says "Unable to turn Wi-fi on" and at the bottom there are two options again one saying. "Other ways to connect" and the other says "Saved WiFi Networks" When I click on the "Other ways to connect" option there are again two options. One says "Wifi Protected Set-up (WPS)" And the other says "Manually COnnect to network" When I click 'Wifi Portected setup (WPS) it again comes up with 'unable to connect to Wifi." Is there a way to fix this please help, this is so annoying.. I brought the mobile for £120 aswell. :/ and i'm so not satisfied with it. I also think the seller isn't giving any refunds. Please help! thank you. xxxx

  Could be a fault with the phone, try call blackberry call centre I'm sure it will be on there website, tell them this and they can tell you if it's a known fault and replace or fix it if you bought it from them, unless it was from another person then you got scammed...
