How can I return a product online?

Return product online.. Lost the box?

• I paid almost $200 for a product online and have had some issues. $50 express shipping yet I still waited 3 weeks for it. Seller wouldn't respond to me either. Now I'm returning it because its the wrong model.. I contacted Paypal and now I'm waiting for the outcome - The seller must contact Paypal/me for the return and if not I get a full refund. The problem is that I obviously didn't prepare for this return. I didn't expect things to go wrong once I got it and I lost the box. I have the bottom and outer casing for the box (and all of the contents of course), but I cannot find the top of the box for the life of me. It's an Apple TV and the model is not written on the box, you have to look on the actual product.. Is this okay? Should I contact Paypal back?

  you should contact Paypal or seller to tell them u lost the box, because the product returning should be the same as original shipping, otherwise the seller may complaint you to paypal and you can not get the full refund. BTY,if you return the products to seller, you should bear the shipping fee,this is a Paypal provisions.
