What song should i do for my audition?

I have to audition for a Music program at a University this summer and need a song to sing. It has to be classical and in a foreign language i prefer Spanish (since i am fluent) but i know enough Italian to get by. I have a Tenor/Baritone. Strong Baritone range but i can sometimes sing up to a A in full voice. So any suggestions? Also preferably not Caro Mio Ben i feel its over done at times
