How to get free in app purchases in Original Gangstaz?

I have a jail broken ipod and want to know how to get free in app purchases in Original Gangstaz. I have downloaded IAPcracker but this does not work with this game and some others that i have. I have heard of having to do something in iFile but do not know what to do.
