Can you upload pictures to facebook from the new ipod touch 4g?

My iPod touch 4 won't upload videos to Facebook?

I've uploaded videos from my iPod to Facebook before, but after I updated it, it won't upload videos over a minute to two minutes long. And don't be stupid and say "Try restarting it." For every single problem I get with my iPod, some idiot always says that and it never works for me. Seriously, what do I do? I have update 5.1 available, should I just update to that? I've tried importing vids to my laptop but it takes too long to load. The video I want to upload to Facebook is only 3 minutes long.
Answer:

I have the update, just tried to post a 3 minute clip from my camera roll, worked fine. I started from Facebook and clicked on the photo button. It give the choice to add photo or video from library. It may not allow you to upload from YouTube.
